We're offering FREE SHIPPING & 60 DAY Returns on all orders.

Foreli.com offers flexible and reliable free shipping with : FEDEX and USPS.

Return Policy:

U.S. and International Customers

1. Please Contact us Via E-mail or Call us at 1-800-680-6309 to get an RAN.We can't accept any returned merchandise without a RAN number, so be sure to get one and mark it down. For exchanges and refunds ship the item back with in 60 Days of the purchase.

2. Please read the information on the back of your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase in the original packaging. Re-pack your product with RAN number, original shipping document, original packaging and – of course – the product you want returned or exchanged. If you don't have your original shipping document, please print and complete the . If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number on a separate piece of paper. We really need this information to process your return so don't forget to include it.

REFUND POLICY

U.S. and International Customers: What You Need to Know

• We inspect all returned items when they arrive.
• Refunds will be in the original form of payment, except for wire transfers, which we will refund with a company check.
• Your refund should arrive within three weeks (usually sooner), after the carrier issues your tracking number.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
• Unless applicable, delivery charges are not refunded.
• If you return a partial order, we will refund you for the returned items only.
• Refunds will be applied to any unpaid balances first.
• For exchanges and returns, if the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees may apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Processing Your Order

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewelry ASAP! All Foreli orders are processed within 2-7 business days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping. Keep in mind all of our jewelry is custom made by us to your specifications, processing time varies from 2-7 business days.

All shipping fees are in USD.

Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit card approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

Of course rings and customized orders (e.g. Family Jewelry, Designer or specialty items) may require additional processing time due to ring sizing and other personalization requirements. We just want to make sure we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses.

You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

Shipping your Order to APO & FPO destinations

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail® and guaranteed to arrive to APO & FPO processing center within 3 to 5 business days. From the point your package reaches the processing center, delivery to you will depend on military postal service.

Exceptions

Family and Personalized Jewelry orders will be shipped out 7-10 business days after order has been submitted due to the customization work involved. Again, we want to get your order perfect.

Note: Watches, Family and Personalized Jewelry, and the Persona Charms Collection can't be shipped to Canada.

Tracking Your Order

Of course, you'll want to know when your jewelry is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan your weekend outfit accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your in box's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your 'SPAM' or 'Junk' mail in box periodically. Also, be sure to add info@iforeli.com to your Email Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your in box.

Order Cancellation

Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change an Foreli order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Foreli order number or call 1-800-680-6309 10am-5pm PST , as soon as possible.

We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be canceled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to Foreli according to our 60-day money back return policy. Check the back of your invoice for return policy details.

Note: Foreli reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.



Jewelry

At Foreli.com, your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase, please call customer service  1-800-680-6309 within 60 days from the date of shipping, to arrange for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original packaging and materials included.  ‘New or unused condition’ means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s)  on the item, and that it has not been sized or altered in any way.

We will inspect your item upon receipt.  If the item has been sized or altered in any way, or is not in new condition, it will not be accepted for exchange or refunds, and we will return it to you at your expense.

We must receive your returned items within 45 days of the original shipping date.  If we receive your item after 45 days of the date of shipping, or if you did not use our prepaid label, we may refuse the return and ship it back to you at your expense.

All ‘Free Gifts’ received with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted on products which are not returned with the Free Gift.

If you are returning merchandise as a result of (a) error on the part of Foreli.com, or; (b) defective product, we will exchange it free of charge, or refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.  When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Bridal and engagement rings that come with an IGI® or GIA® Appraisal Certificate must be returned with the certificate.  If the certificate is not returned with the bridal or engagement ring, the refund amount will be reduced by 100$ or more according to replacement cost. If you do not have the certificate, please advise us so we can quote you the exact price for the replacement.

Watches

All of our wristwatches undergo rigorous inspection and stringent quality control checks before being sent to customers. Please inspect your wristwatch upon receipt (before removing any factory tape or wearing it) and thoroughly verify that there are no blemishes, nor damages, and that the timepiece is in working order. If you receive your watch in less than satisfactory condition, please contact customer service  1-800-680-6309 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-800-680-6309      end_of_the_skype_highlightingwithin forty-eight (48) hours to inform us and get a return authorization number (RAN). When we receive your watch, we will inspect it, and, as per your instructions, exchange it free of charge or refund the full cost of the merchandise, including shipping charges.

At Foreli.com, your complete satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with any watch you have purchased, please call customer service  1-800-680-6309 within 15 days of the original shipment date to request a return authorization number for a full refund or exchange. We must receive the returned items within 25 days of the original shipment date. The returned wristwatch must be in new or unused condition. 'New or unused condition' means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, nor any other damage(s) on the watch, and that it has not been worn, sized or altered in any way. The 'watch' includes the bracelet/strap and/or folding buckle, and/or deployment buckle and clasp. The watch must be returned with all original packaging, materials, protective tape, manuals and accessories having never been removed and having been kept perfectly intact.

Please note that if the watch is sent back to us and received with signs of wear (as stated above), no credit will be issued and the watch will be returned to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Examples of non returnable products include:

   * Items which have been abused or modified
   * Special orders made to customer specifications
   * Products modified as per customer requests



How to Return an Item

U.S. Customers

1. Please read the information on the back of your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase in the original packaging. If you do not have your original shipping document, please print and complete the return purchase form. If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number on a separate piece of paper.  We cannot process your return without this information.

2. Call our Customer Service department at  1-800-680-6309 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-800-680-6309      end_of_the_skype_highlighting to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). We will not accept any returned merchandise without a RAN number. For exchanges, Foreli.com offers free return shipping. For refunds, shipping is at the customer expense (except for defective products); your refund will be reduced by $5.50 to cover the shipping cost. In both cases, to ensure a return that is quick, traceable and secure at minimal cost, we will provide you with a UPS prepaid return label. We will e-mail this label to you. If you do not use our prepaid label, we do not guarantee the return will be processed.

3. Re-pack items to be returned and include your shipping document (or return purchase form).

4. Bring your package to a UPS location for delivery to our return facility.

Canadian Customers

1. Please read the information on the back of your original shipping document and enclose it with your purchase in the original packaging.  If you do not have your original shipping document, please print and complete the return purchase form. If you are unable to print this form, please provide us with your name, address, phone number and order number on a separate piece of paper. We cannot process your return without this information.

In most cases, you may receive your  refund sooner, but allow four (4) weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 12 days), item inspection and refund processing when we receive your return (up to 7 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days).

   * Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.

Repair Service after warranty period

Jewelry

If your product becomes defective after the warranty period, we can repair it for you at a very competitive price.

First, contact customer service at  1-800-680-6309 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              1-800-680-6309      end_of_the_skype_highlighting to initiate the return process. We will then send you a prepaid label that you can confidently use to send the item to us. This ensures that your item is safely and promptly returned for repair, at a minimal cost.

Once we receive your item, we will appraise the damage to estimate the necessary work and cost of repair. We will then contact you with the repair cost. If you accept the estimated costs, only then will we charge your account and proceed with the repair(s). Shipping and handling costs will be included in your cost estimate.

Please note:

   * Silver items are not re sizable or repairable, but we can remount or replace stones
   * We cannot give you an estimate for the cost of a repair before we examine your item
